Well, we saw this one coming. Bachelorette villain Bad Chad Johnson doesn’t think that JoJo Fletcher and her new fiancé, Jordan Rodgers, will make it till death do them part.
The deli-meat lover, 28, told Extra during an interview on Tuesday, August 2, that he thinks the pair are phony.
“We’ll see how long that lasts,” the luxury real estate agent, who will appear next on Bachelor in Paradise, said when asked about the newly engaged couple. “It will last until the money dies off, then it will fizzle out.”
Johnson’s attack on their integrity didn’t stop there.
“Even his ex-girlfriend said he was just looking for fame,” the sweet potato enthusiast continued of Rodgers. “Everything out of the guy’s mouth was just what he thought would sound good on camera.”
Rodgers has adamantly denied having cheated on his ex-girlfriend Brittany Farrar, who accused him of being unfaithful via a scathing Instagram post this past May. During a press conference with reporters on Tuesday, the 27-year-old former football player called her allegations “very untrue.”
Bad Chad, who looks like he will cause an equal amount of distress on BIP, told Extra that he understands why he’s considered the villain — but he’s not ashamed of it.
“It made me look bad, but at the same time I did all of those things [and] I’d still do it over the same way,” he concluded.
Bachelor in Paradise premieres Tuesday, August 2, on ABC at 8 p.m. ET.
